This treatment is suitable for young and older people. As a natural preventative measure and reverse method. Our treatments can be used on young and old skins. It can also be used to eliminate the appearance of stretch marks, age spots and scars. This is a comfortable procedure as a strong topical anesthetic containing 10.56% lidocaine is used.

As we age, reproduction of our depleting collagen and elasticity in skin cells gradually slow down, producing wrinkles and the appearance of dry dullness to the skin. Each day our skin cells die, flake off and regenerate but unfortunately this is reduced as we age. The aging process slows down the ability of the skin to retain moisture leading to the appearance of fine lines on the skins surface. This is when in older people wrinkles appear as the fat cells in the dermal layer start to decrease over time and especially significant after menopause in women. The number of cells decrease by 10% dividing more slowly every 10 years making the ability of the skin less able to repair as it once did.

Less collagen is produced and the elastin fibers that enable the skin to stretch is more limited and they wear out in time. This causes the skin to sag and dry out making the skin more fragile reducing the skins normal repair process.

MESO Vytal can restore the skin over time within about 8-12 treatments and will help to keep the aging process at bay and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dry, lifeless skin.

IDEAL FOR REDUCING SCARS

This technique is natural and helps the body recover both physically and psychologically by restoring self-confidence and self-esteem.

Normally, at approximately 6-12 months when a scar has fully healed, our technique called MCA or MESO Vytal, also known as Skin Micro Needling is used to relax, flatten and soften the scar and in some cases disappear entirely. The treatment causes the body to self-repair stimulating collagen and elastin production, which when healed forms a new layer of skin replacing the scarred epidermis and dermal layer.

Directly after the procedure, the skin will appear scratched and lightly grazed for a few days. The patient should keep the area as dry as possible for 48 hours. Additional procedures will improve the results. Skin needling targets very specific areas and less time is taken off work, if at all as the healing process is approximately only 3-4 days.

Usually, a MESO Vytal treatment, followed by a session in the sun will cause the scar to re-pigment. By re-pigmenting the skin, the colour becomes permanent and the treated area will tan and fade becoming the same colour as the surrounding skin. If the area fails to re-pigment on its own, selected shades of pigments can also be implanted into the skin and camouflage the colour of the surrounding skin.

Acne Scars

Acne scarring is known as an atrophic scar, a scar which inverts. This treatment promotes growth over the entire area making the skin raise to the level of the surrounding skin eventually causing the scar to disappear.
